  • All cookies come in my standard lemon vanilla cookie base with lemon vanilla royal icing.

    I do not offer vegan or gluten free cookies at this time.

  • Sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, lemon, flour, powdered sugar, meringue powder, and food colors.

    Our signature flavor does not contain nut ingredients. However, these cookies are made in a home-based kitchen that may come into contact with known allergens such as milk, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans.

  • Unwrapped cookies should be consumed within 1-3 days.

    Wrapped cookies will stay fresh for 2 weeks.

    Store them at room temperature on a countertop or in a cool shaded area. DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE.

    FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS

    Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.

    TO FREEZE:

    Keep cookies in heat sealed bags, in an airtight container. If cookies are unsealed, stack cookies in an airtight container using parchment paper between each layer.

    TO THAW:

    Leave unopened container on countertop for at least 3 hours. DO NOT open the container if 3 hrs have not passed, or condensation will form and the designs will be ruined.

  • I am a part-time home baker, that also works full-time in Corporate America. I can only manage a limited amount of custom order requests weekly.

    A 3 weeks’ notice works for me, but if I have to order specialty cookies cutters for your theme, more lead time is required.

    If a major holiday or celebration falls during your event month, custom orders might not be accepted at all due to holiday presales.

    In the event I can accommodate a rush order (less than 2 weeks notice), a rush fee of $25 will be applied to the total order.

  • Pricing starts at $50/dozen for the most basic design.

    The quoted price is determined by the intricacy of the design, the number of colors used and the size of the cookie. I do not give quantity discounts and I do not have special wholesale pricing. For certain holidays I may offer an assortment of mini cookies or pre-packaged gift boxes.

  • Please submit payment within 48 hours of receiving a quote, or I will assume you no longer want to move forward with your order. You can also let me know if you will need more time to decide.

    Your date is not reserved until payment is received. I do not send out reminders to complete your payment.

    If you paid a deposit, the remaining balance will be due the day before pickup. Failure to pay your remaining balance prior to pick up may result in immediate order cancellation with no refund.

  • Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

    Checks or ACH payments will be accepted for corporate orders only.

  • Cookies will come unwrapped in a standard bakery box, unless requested otherwise. Cookies can be wrapped for an additional fee. I do not provide cookie trays or displays for your event.

    Cookies that are shipped will be individually wrapped, by default, as part of the shipping process.

  • Yes! l ship throughout the United States using USPS flat rate priority shipping, which typically arrives within 1-3 days after your order has been made.

    Shipped orders are still subject to calendar availability. Shipping rates start at $15.00. You can select shipping on the custom order form.

    All shipped cookies will be heat sealed and carefully packaged inside a protective corrugated box lined with bubble wrap.

    Please be aware that there is a risk to having your cookies shipped through the mail. The post office does not guarantee delivery date or insure against breakage. Though the possibility is slim, the box could arrive late, cookies may break, or the box could be lost in transit. Nice To Be Iced Cookies will not be responsible for lost, late or stolen packages. Please keep the possibility of breakage into consideration when deciding how many cookies to order.

  • These edible treats are extremely labor intensive. More cookies means more labor and hours for me! Therefore, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity.

  • I totally understand your excitement! … but NO.

    Sometimes I’m working on your order and packaging down to the minute you pick up! I don’t always have time to take pics.

    Withholding final payment because I don’t send you a picture, will result in immediate order cancellation and/or delivery with no refund.

    If I share pictures of your order to my social media accounts, you are more than welcome to share them after I post them.

  • Yes! A $50 nonrefundable deposit will hold the spot until you figure it out. This deposit will go towards the balance due.

    I just ask that your theme details and quantity are finalized with me no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date.

  • Cancellations

    You will have 2 days from initial date of payment, to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you need to cancel after 2 days of submitting payment, any money paid can be used as a credit towards a future date (pending availability).

    Refunds

    If I’ve made a mistake, I will do my absolute best to make it right. I will discuss with you the best possible solution. At my discretion, a partial refund or a complimentary order of cookies for a future date may be awarded. Full refunds will not be provided for eaten or used cookies.

    In the event I am unexpectedly sick, injured, or unable to complete your order due to an unforeseen circumstance or emergency, a full refund will be given.
